Shipping
We will endeavour to ship all orders within 1 -2 business days of order placement.
You will be notified of shipment via email, and given a tracking number to track your order all the way to you!
In the event that an order is returned to us due to the wrong address supplied, or non-collection from Australia Post, shipping fees will not be refunded, as we will have already incurred these costs with the logistics company.
Parcel Lockers
We will no longer ship to parcel lockers if paid via credit card, unless we receive photo ID, or proof of transaction from your account.
If you pay via Paypal with a verified account, your order will ship as normal
Best Before Dates
Items will have a minimum of 7 days best before date when shipped, unless otherwise stated in the item description.
(in most cases items have 3 - 6 months date)
